The ultimate goal of AllCommunity is to share the
wealth of the online economy with the individual
by rewarding each community member whenever one
or more of their referrals get online, read their
emails, view an ad, participate in contests, or,
simply doing some online shopping! The economy of
the internet will reach trillions of dollars
within the next few years and will be the single
largest economy in the world (far surpassing even
the entire economy of the United States of
America). AllCommunity is here to re-distribute
these wealth to the individual consumer, instead
of letting just the large companies or
organizations keep all the wealth.

These paid to surf programs are becoming more
different with each new program released. This
new program gives you four different ways to make
money. The first method is unprecedented. With
AdWallpaper, you get paid $1.20 per week that you
have their ads as your wallpaper. The "runner"
method is just like all other paid to surf adbars
($0.45/hr.). "Smart" method pays you $0.03
for playing a game or quiz (five seconds long-
maximum 6 times.hr- total $0.18/hr.). The final
method, "Popup," comes out to
approximately $0.06/hr (6 pop-ups/hr., $0.01 each)..
Running the last three methods comes out to about
$0.69/hr., and run for 25 hrs/month and the
adwallpaper for the whole month comes out to $22.05/month
without any referrals... pretty good (?) Let's
see how easy it is to use and to cheat first...

BePaid is a great program. They pay out huge
amount and you can be paid $.20 cents or more
just for watching 30 second movie adds. You can
really rack up the cash on this one. The advision,
their bar, is out and paying. They have very good
referral rates too and that means more money. The
only company I know with this neat idea of paying
for movies.

This program is really different from all the
other programs listed on this page, and can
possibly reap huge rewards. You not only get a
percentage of what your referrals earn, but you
also get a set amount of money for each direct
and indirect referral you get. You get $1.00 for
every direct referral you make and $1.00 for each
of the next two levels of referrals. You also get
$0.50 for each level 4 and 5 referral you get.
For levels 6 to infinity (yes! infinite level!!),
you get $0.25 each. the way you earn money is by
responding to or buying special offers through
the Big Referral newsletter. You get 20% of what
your first four levels of referrals earn, and 10%
of what your fifth level of referral earns. So,
as you can see, just by referring a lot of people,
you can earn a lot of money. Even if you don't
think you are going to actively participate,
please sign up using my ref ID, so i can at least
earn a dollar.

Currently there is nothing out for BlueTree but
it is supposed to be coming out soon. They pay
for you to surf and look at the ads and of course
to refer your friends. It looks like it will be
about a dollar and a half an hour to watch the
ads. This rate varies with the price advertisers
pay. This rate could be drastically lower or
higher. This will directly affect the payment you
receive. Each ad we show lasts 20 seconds. In
every hour, you view an average of 180 ads. They
plan to pay $17 per thousand ads shown to you. To
get your money you have to have at least $10 and
if it between $10 and $50 they charge a small fee,
but if your check is more than $50 there is no
fee at all. Looks like a nice idea but I haven't
seen anything from them yet so I don't know if
they can back it up or not.

Used to be in my top ten. But then they have not
done anythign for a long time. If they start up,
it good be a really good program. They have
something like 8 referral levels. But they have
credibility problems. I am not sure if this
program will come true. At the moment the site is
under construction so I will have to see what
happens and I will come back in a week to tell

I am very pysched about this new program. It
looks great and I have just downloaded their bar.
It is probably the best bar that I have seen. Not
only do you get paid to surf the web, but you get
paid to read e-mail (optional), play games, sign
up for programs, and of course, refer your
friends. This looks to be one of the more
promising programs out there. It is also one of
those where you do not need to be actually
surfing, just have an interent connection, which
is wonderful. This also has probably the best
referring payment out there. First, you get $.60
an hour, directs for $.20 an hour, extended first
level for $.10 and the rest are $.05 for 4
indirect levels. GREAT PAYMENT. The bar is out
now!

I like this one a lot, the only reason it is
rated a little lower is because of some nagging
pop-ups that say pointless things to make sure
that you are surfing. It is kind of annoying, but
other than that, I like this one. You get
unlimited hours which is always good! They are
currently paying and all you need is a minimum of
$20 and they will send you the check. The average
check was about $50 and the highest check was
around $850. You can get paid for surfing,
filling out surveys, playing games, using free e-mail
accounts, visiting sponser's websites, referring,
and showing their banner. As you can see there
are a lot of different ways that you can earn
money. A nice program.

I really don't understand this program too much.
They don't give me a lot of info and its hard to
know what it is about. You can check out the web
page for yourself if you want to know more. I'll
try and tell you some stuff about them here. It's
100% free to participate. You can earn
commissions on sales from over 1,000 affiliate
programs. Earn up to 50% of commissions generated
by 2 levels of referrals and choose from over 1,000
affliate programs to compliment your own site. A
lot of fee based paid to surf companies require
you to create a ClickBank account so that is why
I have it here.

Sounds pretty decent right now. As you can see
from below, the number of referral levels is what
makes this program special. Another good thing is
that the "program" is now available.
You can sign up and start earning money today,
with no software to download! I haven't really
tested the program out to see how easy it is to
use yet, but so far it looks good. I am wondering
about the rate right now, though... It might end
up being really low, considering what they put in
their calculator was only $3 per 1000 ads viewed...

Crew Design offers various services to you. You
run a program on your computer called the MP Bar,
(Multi Purpose Bar). It is not out yet, but it is
in late beta (supposidly) and will be out very
soon. They claim that they will be able to pay
you $1.25 an hour, which is very nice. If this
comes true, and they start dishing out the money,
this will quickly become one of my favorites, but
until then they will be a little lower. Sounds
like a good program and they have 7 levels of
referrals although towards the end its pretty
cheap but earlier levels are good ($.15 for
direct and $.07 for the first level of extended).
You can really get some money with this one, and
if it comes out I'll be sure to post it. At the
moment you can get money for having a homepage
which is like Ignifuge, but since I have Ignifuge,
I don't use this. In the meantime you can either
keep an eye out or sign up and get some referrals
if you trust them.

The value proposition of DesktopDollars is simple:
Get paid to be Online. Visitors to the
DesktopDollars website can receive hourly
compensation for viewing advertisements that are
streamed to them on an advertising program that
resides on the bottom of their computer screens.
DesktopDollars will share 60% of the money we get
from advertisers with you based on the amount of
time you and your referrals spend online. I
personally don't like that but I never have
really done programslike that. Anyways, you get
42%, direct of 11%, first extended of 3% and then
the last 4 levels are 1%. It is out and you can
do it and I have tried with it a little a couple
months ago but they might have improved it I have
not really looked at it though. Check it out and
see for yourself.

| Desktop Horizon |

The Horizon is the piece of software you run on
your computer to make money. It runs on your
desktop and displays banner ads. The Horizon is
currently being beta tested and should be avaible
very shortly. There is no age limit and as always
it is free. I want this thing to come out because
I have a referral line built up a little and I
don't want to loose any of them. It is a good
idea. You will be able to redem your DHCD (Desktop
Horizon Credit Dollars) for items anytime you
want once you have enough for the item. There is
a 60 hour limit a month (good) and you get 50
DHCDs an hour, then 5 to 6 to 7 to 8 and finally
to 9 as the extendeds go on. I am not sure how
much each DHCD is but I am pretty sure it is the
same as a dollar, for example, 50 DHCDs are 50
cents.

OK, here are the stats for Dollar Web. They have
unlimited hours, which I love cause at $.60 an
hour you can really rack up some money. Another
good thing about this one is it's out right now
and they are paying. The problem is that they are
only paying for direct referrals and not for
indirects. They say that they will start paying
"for indirect referrals in the year 2000."
This is troubling because this means that they
have not updated their page. I have not put in
any effort to Dollar Web so I am not sure if they
going but they should be because this "paid
to surf" stuff gives them lots of money. So
everything should be OK and you can always e-mail
them, and they woulda but up a out of business
sign if they were done.

This is what DotAd says they are all about,
"DotAd.com gives its members the ability to
get... Paid per View!! and pays referral fees to
increase our community. We bring the benefits of
e-business back where they belong: to consumers!"
What Paid Per View is for DotAd is a little Dot
guy named "Harry" pops up on the side
of your screen every 5 minutes and shows you an
ad. Every time he shows you an ad, you get 75% of
CPM for the ads you view. You also get referral
payments for 6 generations. It is not out yet and
I personally do not like paid per views because
they are annoying, and I would think especially
this one with it popping up all the time, it just
sounds annoying, so I am not gonna bother and I
hope that I get some people who sign up under me
to get me the money.

What eBoodle does is help you surf and gives you
discounts to help you save yourself some time and
money. I do not do a lot on the web for buying
stuff, just making money :) So I do not really
use this but it is handy if you do wantto do
stuff like that. They do have a nice referral
system which you get $1 for each person that you
send to eBoodle and then they sign up. Then when
they surf and buy stuff, you get additional cash
back from them. Not too bad I would say.

isn't a paid to surf program its a paid to click
and it also helps you to find some nice places.
It's a handy thing to have around.

Okay this program is up and running. The bar is
probably one of the best, behind cashfiesta. THey
got some good payings and I am pretty sure they
are paying. When running in double banner mode,
the payout is currently $.35 per hour for
personal time. Any of your direct referrals
running in double banner mode earn you $.06 per
hour, as do those on your 2nd, 3rd or 4th levels.
Referrals on your 5th level earn you $.10 per
hour if they surf in double banner mode! Looks
good.

Not much to say about this program, just like
most of the others, not very originol. It pays
for 40 hours at $.50 an hour and has 5 levels for
you to refer to. They are not currently paying,
but should be real soon. I think the direct
referral rates are $.10 an hour but I could be
wrong. I think thats right.

Good program which I recently restarted doing
after a while. It has better rates than All
Advantage, it actually pays less an hour by 2
cents, and you can surf for 75 hours. It is
really easy to get hours on this one too because
it is not strict at all and you get paid JUST FOR
HAVING A CONNECTION, you don't really even have
to surf, just talk to people, or do whatever you
want to do. Just an absolute great program, I
should be getting a check from them soon with big
figures. I love it. SIGN UP FOR THIS ONE!!!
